Yes. Same day parcel deliveries are available Choose our Standard Delivery service!
For our Same Day service you will need to place the booking prior to 12pm. You can also request Bullet deliveries and Rocket deliveries, between 8am–10pm.
Once you place your booking online you will receive an email confirming your booking, and our system will automatically allocate your delivery to a courier (usually within 15 minutes). Once your booking is allocated, you’ll receive an email letting you know who your courier is, along with their phone number in case you need to contact them.
Please note there are times when our service does reach capacity, if this occurs we’ll let you know!
Our drivers are subcontracted to us and need to be paid for any lost time.
No Job: Where a pick up is booked, but the consignment is not available at the nominated time or location, a futile pick up charge of $XX.XX per pick up is applied
Bullet Delivery: $X.XX per 5 minutes is charged, after the first 15 minute of waiting time at either the pick up or the delivery point.
Rocket Delivery: $XX.XX per hour, in increments of 15 minutes, after the first 15 minutes, is charged for waiting time at either the pick up or delivery point.
Standard Delivery: $XX.XX per hour, in increments of 15 minutes, after the first 15 minutes, is charged for waiting time at either the pick up or delivery point.
Futile/Wasted: Where a pick up is booked, but the consignment is not available at the nominated time or location, a futile pick up charge of $15.00 per pick up is applied.
We deliver in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth metro areas. We deliver to a 60km radius of each capital city for our 3hr service, and can deliver up to 100km away with our same-day service.

Delivery times vary depending on the type of service you book Once you book, we send you confirmation with the name, mobile number and ETA of your courier. You can then track their progress in real time!
Please note, delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, or other conditions. Be sure to check the details of your booking for your ETA, or refer to our terms & conditions.
Cancellations made prior to the courier being on route to your location are free. If the courier arrives to collect a parcel and no one’s there, they’ll wait for up to 10 minutes and try to contact you by phone and SMS. After this time, the full fee will be charged.
The same goes for the destination, but if we can’t track you down to make other arrangements, we’ll return your parcel to the pickup location. If returning it isn’t possible that day, we may need to hold onto it at your own risk until we can. Your courier will keep you in the loop. Please note, additional charges may apply for returns.
